Why couldn’t StoreJet be reconnected to the computer via One-touch Backup button after being ejected?

Category : Setup / Operation

If you connect StoreJet to your computer via an USB 2.0 interface, you would have to re-insert the hard drive after safely removing it so that the ejected hard drive can be read again. Please connect StoreJet to the USB 3.0 port instead.

Note: To ensure sufficient power supply, we recommend connecting StoreJet to the USB 3.0 port
