How do I repair bad sectors?

To repair bad sectors, please refer to the two methods below:

1. Run "CHKDSK" command to fix disk errors on Windows OS.

   a. Check your computer to see what the designated letter of your StoreJet is (e.g. E:)
   b. Run Windows Command Prompt as administrator
   c. Type in CHKDSK /f E: to repair

2. Perform a low level format first and then followed by a quick format using the RecoveRX. Click the following link to download the RecoveRX:
